Hoist Installation Checklist
From October 1st 2024, it will be required that the checklist is filled out and sent to Molnar to receive 3 year warranty.
Warranty will only be for a 12 month period if this form is not completed on the day of installation.

By ticking the boxes below, the installer acknowledges and agrees that the following procedures have been completed in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Installer’s Manual.
The installer understands that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in operational issues with the hoist and could void any associated warranties.
