Description
The Air Delivery System is an integrated kit for supplying compressed air to Molnar JB11 Air Jacking Beams. It can be fitted to any existing Molnar four post hoist, and delivers air at any one of the four posts.
What is included
All fittings and components are supplied, along with a filter-regulator-lubricator for optimal air supply. It fits quickly using Molnar laser-cut brackets. JB11 Air Jacking Beams are sold separately.
Kits
- 7001003 — single kit, to suit a Molnar four post hoist with one air jacking beam
- 7001002 — double kit, to suit a Molnar four post hoist with two air jacking beams
- 7001004 — adaptor kit, converts a 7001003 single system into a 7001002 double
Air supply required
The JB11 Air Jacking Beam requires clean, dry compressed air at a minimum pressure of 7 bar (100 psi) and a minimum flow rate of 3.6 litres per second (7.6 CFM) to function correctly. Check your compressor meets both before ordering.
